Ingredients
  Canned pineapple tidbits in juice 20 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Chopped cucumber 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped (Use Unwaxed Salad Variety)
  Finely chopped red onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh lime juice 3 Tablespoon
  Crushed red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Serve at room temperature or chilled with grilled fish, chicken, or pork.
