Ingredients
  Corn chips 200 Gram (1 Bag)
  Ground beef 1 Pound, browned
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 1 1⁄2 Can (15 oz) (Or 2 Small Cans)
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced olives 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ortega chilies 1 Can (10 oz), diced
Directions

In oiled casserole place layer of chips, layer of meat mix, layer of cottage cheese mix.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Repeat layers and bake at 350°F.for 40 minutes.
