  Minced beef 500 Gram
  Canned tomato 1 Can (10 oz)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Leek 1 , chop
  Carrot 1 , chop
  Red pepper 1 , chop
  Celery 2 , chop
  Pinto beans 1 Can (10 oz)
  Black eyed beans 1 Can (10 oz)
  Paprika To Taste
  Chilies 3 , chop
  Garlic 1 Large, slice
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Whole chili 2 (Optional)
  Salt and pepper To Taste

1. In a deep pan, heat olive oil and add beef and onion. Stir and cook until browned.
2. Add leek, and carrot just after the meat is browned.
3. Stir in celery, chilies, and season with paprika.
4. Pour canned tomatoes, cover with lid and bring it to a boil.
5. Reduce the flame and add garlic, whole chilies, and red pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
6. Add black eyed beans, and pinto beans. Mix well and let it boil stirring occasionally.

7. Serve with rice and enjoy!
