Simple Marinated Carne Asada

Carne asada is a typical Mexican dish that is wonderful served with rice and beans or in burritos and tacos. This recipe requires some time as the meat needs to marinate for a minimum of 1 hour. I had it in the fridge for 4 hours. The final result is amazingly delicious.
Ingredients
  Flank steaks 2 Pound (Use Thin Ones)
  Lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Jalapeno 1 Large
  Cilantro 1⁄4 Bunch (25 gm)
  Garlic cloves 4 Large
  White vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Rinse and pat dry the meat.
Place it in a non-reactive container and add all of the ingredients. Use your hands to coat the entire pieces well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Remove the meat from the marinade and grill or cook in a large, hot skillet with a little bit of oil.
Serve with rice and beans or in burritos and tacos.
