Easy Salsa

I often cook this easy salsa recipe. It is the favorite condiment of my mother. Whenever I want to delight my mother, I cook this condiment. So try this easy salsa recipe to make your family members delighted.
Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Diced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned crushed tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped green chilies 1 Can (10 oz)
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Hot sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Sliced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Stage1-In saucepan heat oil over medium heat; add onion and pepper and saute until onion is tender.

Stage2-Reduce heat, add remaining ingredients, except green onion, and let simmer until sauce thickens slightly, 6-8 minutes.

Stage3-Allow to cool and stir in green onion.

Stage4-Refrigerate and serve with white corn tortilla chips.
