Speedy Precocious Pico De Gallo Condiment

  Roma tomatoes 4 , chopped
  Red onion 1⁄2 , finely chopped
  Jalapeno pepper 1⁄2 , finely chopped
  Clove garlic 1 Medium, minced
  Lime/2 tablespoons lime juice 1 , juiced
  Extra virgin olive oil 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cilantro 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Coarse salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Sea Salt / Regular Salt)
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon (May Use Ground Pepper, If Peppercorns Unavailable)

In a medium-sized bowl, combine 4 chopped tomatoes, ½ chopped red onion, ½ chopped jalapeno pepper, 1 minced clove of garlic, juice of 1 lime, ½ tablespoon olive oil, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, ½ teaspoon coarse salt, and ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. Mix together well. Pour into a nice serving dish, and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 4 or more hours. Serve with tortilla chips or with a full Mexican dinner! This is a gorgeous dish, and it tastes terrific!!!
