1 Large, diced
2 Clove (10 gm), minced
2 Cup (32 tbs)
16 Ounce (Two 8 Ounce Cans)

Chop up the onion and mince the garlic. Add a couple of tablespoons of water to the pan, heat it up and cook the onion and garlic until aromatic and soft.
