Ingredients
  Roma tomatoes 1 Pound, diced (8 In Number)
  Finely diced red onion 3 Tablespoon
  Loosely packed julienned basil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Finely minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Thoroughly combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Allow to sit at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.
