  Carrots 6 , finely grated to make about 2 cups
  Kalamata olives/Nicoise olives 10 , pitted and minced
  Extra virgin olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Minced lemon zest 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Thoroughly combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
