Sun Dried Tomato Salsa

Ingredients
  Sun-dried tomatoes 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (In Oil)
  Anchovy fillets in olive oil 2 , drained, and finely minced
  Extra virgin olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Finely minced roasted shallot 2 Tablespoon
  Finely minced fresh thyme leaves 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Finely minced fresh basil leaves 4 Teaspoon
  Finely minced italian parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Cayenne powder 1 1⁄4 Pinch
  Ground black pepper 2 Teaspoon
  Sherry vinegar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Thoroughly combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
