Ingredients
  Roasted shallots 3 Tablespoon
  Canned coconut milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Smooth peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Palm sugar/Light brown sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne powder 2 Teaspoon
  Fish sauce 1 Tablespoon (Oriental)
  Tamari soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh lime juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
