Easy And Quick Beef Fajitas

  Canned beer 12 Ounce (1 Can)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Medium, sliced
  Limes 2 , juiced
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Bay leaf 1
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Top sirloin steak 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Flour tortillas 6 , warmed
  Salsa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Purchased)

In a large flat dish combine the beer, oil, onion, lime juice, garlic, bay leaf, Worcestershire, chili powder, cumin and pepper.
Stir well.
Add the steak, cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
Rotate the steak in the Flat Standard Basket for 18 minutes for rare or 22 minutes for medium.
If not brown enough, position the basket facing the heating coils and turn the pause-to-sear switch to off.
Rotate 2 to 3 minutes more on each side.
Place the tortillas in the warming tray while rotating the steak.
Slice the steak into thin strips.
Fill tortillas with steak strips and salsa.
Roll up and serve.
