Ingredients
  Roma tomatoes 10 , oven roasted
  Red bell peppers 2 , roasted, peeled, seeded, and roughly chopped
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Toasted sliced almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cayenne powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sherry vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree.
