Mexican Delight

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Celery stalks 4 Large, sliced
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Catsup 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chili powder 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Corn chips 2 Ounce (1 Large Bag)
  Grated cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped olives 4 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Avocado 1 , diced
  Shredded lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Tomatoes 3 , chopped
Directions

Crumble beef into large skillet; brown over medium heat.
Drain excess fat from beef; add 1/2 cup water, onion, green pepper and celery.
Mix flour with small amount of water, stirring until blended; add to beef mixture, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Stir in catsup.
Add chili powder and salt.
Stir well; simmer until celery is tender.
Spoon onto plates over layer of corn chips.
Sprinkle cheese over top; let cheese melt slightly.
Top with spoonfuls of chopped olives, avocado, lettuce and tomatoes
