Pear And Black Olive Salsa

Ingredients
  Canola oil 1 Tablespoon
  Pears 3 , peeled, cored and diced
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Nicoise olives/Kalamata olives 8 , pitted and sliced
  Roma tomatoes 3 , oven roasted and diced
  Poblano chili 1 Small, roasted, peeled, seeded and diced
  Roasted red pepper/1 fresh new mexico red chili 1 Small, roasted, peeled, seeded and diced
  Cilantro apple cider vinegar/Other cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon (La Carreta)
Directions

Heat the oil in a pan and saute the pear with the sugar over medium-low heat for 2 minutes.
Transfer to a mixing bowl.
Thoroughly combine with the remaining ingredients.
