|Pears||3 , peeled, cored and diced|
|Nicoise olives/Kalamata olives||8 , pitted and sliced|
|Roma tomatoes||3 , oven roasted and diced|
|Poblano chili||1 Small, roasted, peeled, seeded and diced|
|Roasted red pepper/1 fresh new mexico red chili||1 Small, roasted, peeled, seeded and diced|
|Cilantro apple cider vinegar/Other cider vinegar||1 Tablespoon (La Carreta)|
Heat the oil in a pan and saute the pear with the sugar over medium-low heat for 2 minutes.
Transfer to a mixing bowl.
Thoroughly combine with the remaining ingredients.
