Easy Mexican Chicken

Ingredients
  Baking mix 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Yellow cornmeal 2 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chicken drumsticks 2 Pound (Thigh Or Wings)
Directions

1. Mix all ingredients except chicken in plastic bag. Shake 2 pieces chicken at a time in bag until coated.
2. Arrange chicken, thickest parts to outside edges, in square dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 16 to 19 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 10 minutes, until juices run clear.
