Spicy Chicken Nachos
|Shredded cooked chicken/Turkey||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Shredded monterey jack cheese||6 Ounce|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green chilies||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Tortilla chips||16 Ounce (1/2 Package)|
|Tomato||1 Medium, chopped|
|Avocado||1 Medium, peeled and sliced|
1. Mix chicken, cheese, sour cream and chilies in 2-quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on medium (50%) 8 to 10 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes, until cheese is melted and mixture is hot.
2. Place about 2 cups of the tortilla chips on each of 4 serving plates; spoon chicken mixture over chips. Top with tomatoes and avocado. Serve with salsa if desired.
