Hot Mexican Salad

Ingredients
  Hamburger 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped green pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Garlic buds 3 , crushed
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Velveeta cheese 1 Pound, cubed
  Stewed tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz) (With Green Pepper And Onion)
  Head of lettuce 1 , shredded
  Tomato 1 Large, cubed
  Corn chips 300 Gram (1 Bag)
Directions

Combine the first 7 ingredients in frypan and saute until lightly browned.
Melt the cheese in a double boiler and stir in the tomatoes.
Combine the lettuce and tomato, then toss with the hamburger mixture.
Add the corn chips and pour the cheese mixture over all.
Serve at once.
