Ingredients
  Serrano chiles 3 , stemmed
  Poblano chiles 2 , roasted and seeded
  Pinons 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted (Pine Nuts)
  Pumpkin seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted
  Roasted garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Romaine lettuce leaves 4
  Epazote 5
  Radish tops 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cilantro 1 Bunch (100 gm), stemmed
  Chopped basil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
