  Yellow bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), seeded and finely diced
  Minced serrano chile 4 Teaspoon (With Seeds)
  Cilantro apple cider vinegar/Other cider vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (La Carreta)
  Finely chopped fresh cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced shallot 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Thoroughly combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
