Mexican Tortilla Casserole
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Tortillas||1 Pound (1 Package)|
|Cheese||1 Pound, grated|
|Onion||1 Medium, finely chopped|
|Cream of chicken soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Canned green chilies||4 Ounce, chopped (1 Small Can)|
|Canned taco sauce||4 Ounce (1 Small Can)|
|Evaporated milk||8 Ounce (1/2 Large Can)|
|Water||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
Brown the beef in a skillet.
Break tortillas in small pieces.
Place alternate layers of tortillas, beef, cheese and onion in a large baking dish.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over onion.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
