|Vegetable oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Turkey breast slices||1 Pound, each 1/4 inch thick (8 Pieces)|
|Chili powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Salsa||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Red bell pepper||1 Small, cut into 8 rings|
|Shredded monterey jack cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
1. Brush 12-inch plate with oil. Arrange turkey breast slices around edge of plate; sprinkle with chili powder
2. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 3 to 5 minutes, rotating plate 1/2 turn after 2 minutes, until juices run clear; drain.
3. Top each turkey slice with 1 tablespoon salsa and bell pepper ring. Microwave uncovered 1 to 2 minutes or until salsa is hot. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave uncovered 30 seconds or until cheese begins to melt. Serve with sour cream if desired.
