Roasted Tomato And Mint Salsa

Ingredients
  Roma tomatoes 1 Pound, blackened (8 Whole)
  Serrano chile 1 Small, blackened
  Orange 1 , peeled, seeded and cut into sections
  Chopped mint leaves 3 Tablespoon, loosely packed
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Minced orange zest 1 Tablespoon (Heaping)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut the tomatoes in half and squeeze out and discard the seeds and juice.
Chop the pulp and thoroughly combine with the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl.
