Guacamole Salad

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 Medium
  Firm ripe avocados 2 Large
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Green chili pepper 1 , chopped fine
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), minced
  Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 1 Dash
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Iceberg lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
Directions

1. Halve tomatoes crosswise; scoop out insides into a small bowl; dice. Turn the tomatoes upside down on paper toweling to drain.
2. Halve avocados; peel and pit. Mash in a medium-size bowl.
3. Stir in diced tomato, onion, chili pepper, garlic, mayonnaise or salad dressing, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, coriander and the cayenne. Spoon into tomato shells.
4. Arrange tomatoes on a lettuce-lined platter. Garnish each with several slices of pitted ripe olive and serve with corn chips, if you wish.
