  Smoked salmon 4 Ounce, finely diced
  Diced sundried tomatoes in oil 3 Tablespoon
  Diced fennel bulb 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Snipped fresh fennel tops 3 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Thoroughly combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
