Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and coarsely chopped
  Lemon 1 , peeled and sectioned
  Lime 1 , peeled and sectioned
  Orange 1 , peeled and sectioned
  Grapefruit 1 , peeled and sectioned
  Chopped red onion 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped cilantro 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato 1 , seeded and chopped
Directions

In a food processor or blender process all ingredients for 15 seconds until coarse. Drain salsa in a sieve for 15 minutes. Place in serving bowl.
