|Light rum||2 Ounce (60 ml)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Ounce (15 ml)|
|Triple sec||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Put the rum, lemon juice, Triple Sec, egg white and sugar into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well, then strain into a chilled glass.
Tear the mint leaves and drop them in.
