Betty's Super Bowl Chili Beans and Rice

In this video, Betty demonstrates her original chili beans and rice recipe. This dish is a one-bowl meal that is great for entertaining--particularly for events like the Super Bowl. It takes about 10 minutes for this simple assembly, and cooking time is 1 hour. This is great served with cornbread. Super quick and super easy and can be ready at half-time of the Super Bowl!!!
  Canned chili beans 16 Ounce (1 can)
  Canned beef broth 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 can)
  Beef consomm 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 can)
  Long grain white rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped dried onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Margarine stick 1⁄2 , melt
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon

1. Preheat oven to 375 degree F.

2. In a large oven proof bowl, combine chili beans, beef broth, beef consomme, rice, onion, margarine, and chili powder. Mix well.
3. Cover the bowl with aluminium foil and pop in oven. Bake for 60 minutes.

4. Serve hot with a bowl of salad.
