|Unsweetened chocolate||3 Ounce|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Instant coffee||3 Tablespoon, powdered|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Milk||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
Heat chocolate, sugar, coffee, spices, salt and water over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in milk; heat.
Beat with rotary beater until foamy.
Top with whipped cream.
