Mexican Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Ripe tomatoes 500 Gram
  Onion 1 Medium
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable stock/Chicken stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Green chillies 6 , chopped
  Ground cloves 1 Pinch
  Ground cinnamon 1 Pinch
Directions

1. Put onion, tomato, garlic and chillies in a blender or food processor. Make a puree.
2. Heat oil, add tomato mixture/cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Add stock and stir well.
3. Add salt, oregano, cloves and cinnamon. Simmer over low heat for another 15 minutes.
