Burritos With Cheese

Ingredients
  Bulk pork sausage 1 Pound
  Coarsely chopped tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs) (About 1 Medium)
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  6 inch flour tortillas 8
  Canned refried beans 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
Directions

1. Crumble pork sausage into 2-quart casserole. Cover loosely and microwave on high (100%) 3 minutes; break up and stir. Cover and microwave until very little pink remains, 3 to 4 minutes longer; drain.
2. Stir in tomato, chili powder, lemon juice, garlic, salt and allspice. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) to boiling, 3 to 5 minutes; stir.
3. Wrap 4 tortillas in damp cloth or paper towel and microwave on high (100%) until softened, 1 to 2 minutes (keep tortillas covered while working with filling). Spread about 1/4 cup refried beans over each tortilla. Spoon about 1/3 cup sausage mixture on center of each tortilla; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cheese. Fold up bottom of tortillas. Fold sides over and roll from bottom. Arrange seam sides down in baking dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Cover loosely and microwave until hot, 7 to 9 minutes.
