Mexican Salad With Avocado Dressing

Ingredients
  Shredded iceberg lettuce 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Tomatoes 3 , cut into wedges
  Sliced ripe olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Purple onion 1 Small, sliced and separated into rings
  Chopped fresh cilantro/Parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Avocado dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Place shredded lettuce on a large serving plate.
Arrange tomato wedges, sliced olives, and onion rings on lettuce; sprinkle with cilantro.
Serve with Avocado Dressing.
