|Tomatoes||3 , cut into wedges|
|Sliced ripe olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Purple onion||1 Small, sliced and separated into rings|
|Chopped fresh cilantro/Parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Avocado dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place shredded lettuce on a large serving plate.
Arrange tomato wedges, sliced olives, and onion rings on lettuce; sprinkle with cilantro.
