Chicken Quesadillas

You can make this great snack fast. Add what you like meny different ways to cook and foods to add, great as an Appetizer or as a dinner meal or even lunch
Ingredients
  Chicken 500 Gram, roasted
  Flour tortilla 60 Gram
  Mexican cheese blend 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs), shredded
  Onions 1 Tablespoon, fried
For serving
  Sour cream 1 Tablespoon
  Salsa 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Slice roasted chicken.

MAKING
2. On a skillet, spray cooking spray and place tortilla on it.
3. Spread cheese on half of the tortilla, place sliced chicken and French fried onions.
4. Fold the tortilla and flip to cook the other side.
5. Slice into thirds.

SERVING
6. Serve with sour cream and fresh salsa.
