|Firm ripe mango||1 , peeled and diced|
|Diced fresh pineapple||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced honeydew||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced red bell pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Seasoned rice vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Minced fresh cilantro||2 Tablespoon (Coriander)|
|Crushed red pepper flakes||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In a bowl, mix mango, pineapple, honeydew, bell pepper, vinegar, cilantro, and red pepper flakes.
If made ahead, cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
