Quesadilla Salvadorena

A famous salvadorean dessert, we usually eat it with a cup of coffee or tea.
Ingredients
  All purpose flour/Rice flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Pentacones cheese/Feta cheese 1 Pound (Can Be Replaced By Mixed Cheese Such As Mexican Fiesta Which Combines 3 Or 5 Types Of Cheese)
  Butter 4 Ounce (1 Stick)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon (For Decoration)
Directions

Mix butter and Sugar until it gets a creamy texture. Add eggs one at the time. Sift flour and baking powder, add to Sugar and butter mixture little by little. Add the cream, and the cheese, make sure it is mixed well. Let it wait for 30 minutes.....
Grease your baking pan and add the mixture evenly. Decorate with sesame seeds when its raw still. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for aproximately 25 minutes or until it gets browninsh....insert a toothpick in the center...and if it comes out clean its done.
