  Peeled minced ginger/Null 1 Teaspoon (Null)
  Crushed red pepper/Null 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Null)
  White wine vinegar/Null 2 Tablespoon (Null)
  Dark sesame oil/Null 2 Teaspoon (Null)
  Reduced sodium soy sauce/Null 1 Teaspoon (Null)
Directions

Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl; toss well.
Combine vinegar, sesame oil, and soy sauce; pour over tomato mixture, tossing gently to coat.
