Mexican Spoon Bread

Ingredients
  Cream style corn 1 Pound
  Cornmeal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Canned green chilies 4 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can, 4 Ounce)
  Shredded longhorn cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Combine the first 6 ingredients; mix well.
Pour half the batter into a greased 9" x 9" x 2" pan.
Then sprinkle with chilis and half the cheese.
Pour on remaining batter.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 400° for 45 min Cool 10 min before serving.
