|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Canned green chili peppers||4 Ounce, finely chopped (1 Can)|
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Fry tortillas in 1 inch oil at 375° F a few at a time, stirring to separate.
Drain on paper towels.
Spread an even layer of tortilla chips in a shallow oven-proof dish.
Combine cheese and peppers in a small bowl; then spread evenly over tortilla chips.
Bake 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
