Ingredients
  Tortillas 12 , cut in eighths
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Canned green chili peppers 4 Ounce, finely chopped (1 Can)
Directions

Preheat oven to 400° F.
Fry tortillas in 1 inch oil at 375° F a few at a time, stirring to separate.
Drain on paper towels.
Spread an even layer of tortilla chips in a shallow oven-proof dish.
Combine cheese in a small bowl; then spread evenly over tortilla chips.
Bake 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
