Mexican Turkey Loaf

|Ground turkey||2 Pound|
|Soft bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 can)|
|Green chilies||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese.
Spoon mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan, pressing firmly.
Convection Bake at 325°F for 1 1/4 hours.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.
