Mini Mexican Meatballs
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 tablespoon commeal (optional)
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, un-drained, divided
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) whole peeled tomatoes sauce
1 teaspoon ground
In medium bowl, combine onion soup mix, ground beef, egg, and corn meal and 1 tablespoon chilies; shape into 1-inch meatballs.
In 12-inch skillet, brown meatballs over medium-high heat; drain.
Add tomatoes sauce remaining chilies and cumin.
Bring to a boil, serve hot.
