Crile Beef Burritos

  Fresh jalapeno/Other small fresh hot chile 1 , seeded and minced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced or pressed
  Ground red cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Reduced sodium soy sauce 15 Milliliter (1 tablespoon)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lean boneless top sirloin steak 1 Pound, trimmed of fat and cut across the grain into 1/8 by 2 inch strips (455 gram, 1 inch thick)
  Low fat flour tortillas 8 (each 9 inches in diameter)
  Onion 1 Large, thinly sliced
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
For condiments
  Tomatillo and lime salsa/Purchased salsa 4 Tablespoon
  Shredded lettuce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped tomatoes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Non fat sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cilantro leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Lime wedges 4

1. In a large bowl, stir together chile, garlic, red pepper, soy sauce, and sugar. Add steak and stir to coat. Set aside
