New Mexican Green Chile Salsa

|Red onion||1 Medium, diced|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), minced|
|Chopped fresh cilantro||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely minced fresh oregano||1 Teaspoon|
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
Allow the salsa to sit for an hour at room temperature to blend the flavors before serving.
Makes 2 1/2 to 3 cups.
