Margarita Pork With Black Bean Salsa
|Tequila||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh lime juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dried oregano||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground red pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Canned frozen orange juice concentrate||6 Ounce, thawed (1 Can)|
|Garlic/2 teaspoons bottled minced garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Lean boneless loin pork chops||24 Ounce, trimmed (6 In Number, 4 Ounce Each)|
|Black bean salsa||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add chops to bag, seal bag, and marinate in refrigerator 8 to 24 hours.
2. Prepare grill.
3. Remove chops from bag, reserving marinade. Place chops on grill rack coated with cookingspray, cover and grill 6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer registers 160°, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
