Sauteed Turkey In Mexican Brown Sauce

Ingredients
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 2 Teaspoons)
  Turkey tenderloins 1 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes
  Green pepper 1 Medium, cut into julienne strips
  Green onions 4 , cut into 1 inch pieces
  Canned no salt added chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  No salt added chunky salsa 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Minced fresh cilantro 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooked long grain rice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cooked Without Salt / Fat)
Directions

Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add oil.
Place over medium heat until hot.
Add flour, stirring well; cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until flour mixture is dark brown.
Add turkey; saute 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned.
Add green pepper and green onions; saute until crisp-tender.
Add chicken broth, salsa, lemon juice, minced cilantro, and salt, stirring well; cook 10 minutes or until turkey is tender, stirring occasionally.
