Beef And Beans Mexican Style

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned kidney beans 15 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Enchilada sauce 1 Can (10 oz)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Crumble ground beef in 2-quart glass casserole. Stir in onions. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. Drain and stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese; recover.
3. Microwave on ROAST for 12 to 14 minutes or unt
