Tortilla Chips With Melted Cheese
|Fried tortilla chips||7 Cup (112 tbs) (Homemade / Purchased)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||3 Ounce|
|Shredded jack cheese||3 Ounce|
|Canned diced green chiles||7 Ounce (1 Large Can)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Sliced ripe olives||2 Tablespoon|
Prepare Fried Tortilla Chips.
Spread a third of the chips in a 4-quart baking dish.
Top with a third of the cheese; then add a third of the chiles.
Repeat 2 more times.
Bake in a 400° oven until cheese is melted (about 10 minutes).
Garnish with several spoonfuls of sour cream and olives, if desired.
