|Avocado||1 Large, peeled and pitted|
|Cream||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Whipping)|
|Instant chicken broth||1 Teaspoon (1 Envelope)|
|Liquid red pepper seasoning||3 Drop|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1 Slice avocado into an electric-blender container; add onion and 1/2 cup cream. Cover; beat until smooth.
2 Beat in remaining ingredients. Chill.
3 Pour into chilled cups or mugs. Sprinkle with paprika, if you wish.
