Mexican Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
  Pork sausage 2 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Green pepper 1 Small, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Canned tomatoes 32 Ounce (2 Cans, 16 Ounce Each)
  Buttermilk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Elbow macaroni 2 Cup (32 tbs), uncooked
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Seasonings 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Brown sausage, onion, green pepper, and garlic in large skillet; drain.
Add tomatoes, buttermilk, macaroni, sugar, and seasonings; stir.
Cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until macaroni is cooked.
