Fruit Salsa With Granola Topping

Ingredients
  Plums 3 Medium, pitted
  Oranges 2 Medium, chopped
  Peach 1 Medium, pitted
  Raspberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mint 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Crystallized ginger 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Orange rind 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Orange juice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine first 10 ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently.
Cover and chill.
To serve, spoon 1/2 cup fruit mixture into each individual serving bowl; top each with 2 tablespoons granola.
