Three Bean Salsa
|Savory herb with garlic soup mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tomato||1 Large, chopped|
|Drained canned cannellini beans/Red kidney beans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Drained canned black beans/Pinto beans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Drained canned chickpeas/Garbanzo beans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In 12-inch skillet, blend savory herb with garlic soup mix with water.
Bring to a boil over high heat; stir in tomato.
Reduce heat to low and simmer 3 minutes.
Stir in beans and simmer 3 minutes or until heated through.
Stir in vinegar.
Garnish, if desire
